work space/machinery hire needed

Hi All

I am relocating to Brighton/lewes area and am hoping to start a small cabinet making business.

I am looking to rent workshop space monthly and also to use machinery(bandsaws,chop saw,sanders) for a fee.

If anyone knows of any experienced cabinet makers who may be able to help me or knows of any spaces to rent please give me any info that you can.
