The Ki center opens its doors for a free taster day of Ki and Aikido.
13 feb 2010, 2pm-4pm and Open demonstration: 4-4.30pm
The art encompasses strechings, meditation, and aikido techniques as well as a very powerful and peaceful philosophy.
