The Food Clinic, based in Brighton?s North Laine area, has installed light boxes that their customers can use free of charge whilst enjoying a healthy range of refined sugar-free snacks and juices.

Many people who suffer from the winter blues respond well to the regulated bright light therapy provided by light boxes. Twenty to thirty minutes of bright light can give that extra boost of energy needed to make it through the day. They are especially designed to mimic bright daylight; and work very differently from the lights you get in tanning salons. The light boxes do not affect the skin; so you won?t come out with a tan.
