Brighton Walk of Fame sparkling book launch event

Brighton Walk of Fame are throwing another party, this time to launch the official guide book to the walk, which features stars from all walks of life with ties to Brighton and Hove.

The event, to be held at the Seattle Hotel at Brighton Marina on Tuesday 20th May between 1pm and 3pm, should attract many big stars, if the launch last November was anything to go by. Those featured in the guide book include scenesters such as Zoe Ball and Norman Cook, classic acts like ABBA and The Who, and local heroes and institutions like the Racecourse and the Argus newspaper!

There will be a photocall with organiser David Courtney at 3pm and a DVD for the project will be screened at the event.

Further attractions are also currently being considered by the Walk of Fame organisation, including national Walks of Fame for Eire, Scotland and Wales and a West End Walk of Fame in London?s theatre district.
