Comedy Course Set To Make Brighton Rock With Laughter

An improv comedy course run by members of local comedy talent the Mayday Players starts on March 16th and can take you from beginner to performer in just eight weeks.

Aimed at near or total beginners, the course will give attendees the rules, tools and confidence to get up on stage and perform in the improv style made famous by TV show Whose line is it anyway? The classes will run in central Brighton every Thursday from 16th March to 4th May from 7.30 ? 9.30pm ? culminating in a show where students will have the chance to air their new funny skills to a live audience.

Course tutors Robin Fry and Rebecca Smith star in twice-monthly shows in Brighton (see www.mayday.uk.net). As Robin says ?improv comedy is liberating, joyful and a bloody good laugh ? moreover everyone has the ability to do it?.
