Experience The Raw Passion Of Johnny In His Full Glory Days With Keep It Cash

Experience The Raw Passion Of Johnny In His Full Glory Days With Keep It Cash
Published 29th Jun 2010 by Matt Costello

Keep It Cash are Europe’s first and leading Johnny Cash tribute act. They have been performing in the UK and Europe on the theatre circuit for nearly a decade, and in that time have worked with 20th Century Fox, The National Trust and the BBC amongst others. The release of the film ‘Walk The Line’ saw their popularity soar, and they played in HMV’s around the country to celebrate the launch of the film.

The success of Keep It Cash, above the numerous other tribute acts, is down to the exact sound-alike quality of the lead vocals and rhythm section, a near-perfect recreation of Johnny’s sound himself, who is notoriously very difficult to emulate. Priding themselves on recreating the music of Johnny Cash, after all a tribute is a tribute and should aim to sound exactly like the original artist; Keep It Cash have gained a well-earned reputation for the best tribute act around.

The founding members of 'Keep It Cash' have been close friends for many years and lifelong fans of the music and songs of the legendary Johnny Cash.

“…a breath-taking performance. To see them is to experience the raw passion and danger of the Man in Black in his full glory days.”

They have been stunning UK and international audiences with Cash classics representing every decade of his 60-year career, and now they’re heading to Brighton so don’t miss this opportunity to see the leading Cash tribute act.

Keep It Cash visits Komedia Brighton on Friday 16 July 2010 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £12.50 available on-line at www.komedia.co.uk/brighton or from the Box Office on 0845 293 8480.
