Hat Club First Party In Brighton For 2009 at Digital

Grab your fascinator, fedora or fez, as on Saturday 31st January Hat-Club will open the doors of Digital in Brighton to a crowd of hat wearing hedonists.  It’s the first Brighton bash of 2009 and Hat-Club is ready to set the year alight with a jam packed calendar of parties that’ll take place at Digital on the last Saturday of every other month.

The delightful Suzee X will headline this first event and will churn out an infectious mix of house and electro to get you stomping. She blew the crowd away at Hat Club’s birthday party at Pacha last year and she’s set to do it all over again!

James Fitch, one half of the duo, Prok & Fitch and brains behind one of Brighton’s newest nights Floorplay, will join Suzee playing a blend of quality, electro tinged house.

Making their Hat-Club debut is Dirty Secretz aka J Luv and Richie P. Their DJs sets are made infamous by their productions, remixes, and bootlegs and at this event they’ll be DJing digitally on M-Audio’s Torq Xponent performance system.

Local talent and Hat-Club resident Vince Frimpong is the cherry on the cake as he tops off this line-up with his knowledge and understanding of the unique Hat-Club crowd.

The crowd have two things in common; a passion for filthy house music, and penchant for funky head gear and it’s these factors combined that give this party an atmosphere like no other on the planet.

You know the rules – don’t talk about Hat-Club and don’t forget your hat! Ssshhh…
