Hat-club at Digital - Suzee Q Brighton Debut

After the success of Hat-Club’s return to Digital in January, the house and electro party is itching to get back into the club for another instalment of hat clad shenanigans, to take place on Saturday 29th March.

Hat-Club and Brighton go hand-in-hand like Sambucca and Saturday night clubbing. This party has been one of the main players on the Brighton club scene since its launch three years ago and with the new look of venue Digital, new life continues to breathe into this night on a bi-monthly basis.

The first rule of Hat-Club, is don’t talk about Hat-Club, and the second rule, is no hat, no entry! This may seem a little harsh but the crowds of Hat-Club don’t seem to think so; they embrace the hat policy with relish and go to all extremes of finding new and fun head attire for the only hat party worth being seen at.

Giving Digital’s powerful Funktion One sound system a hammering at the March shindig is Hat-Club special guest, Suzee X. This stunning DJ has just about done it all; she has her radio show on the north-west’s G FM, is hooked up with top modelling agency Boss, has a string of club residencies including Pacha London, and she is the celebrity’s DJ of choice having played for the likes of Take That and the Sugababes. In her Hat-Club debut, Suzee X will deliver her signature yet diverse sound of vocal funk and dirty electro to give pure pleasure to the Hat-Club crowd.

Suzee will be firmly supported by the group of club residents Hat-Club is well known for. At this event these include Hat-Club co-founder Nick Piper, house and electro grooves will come from Tim Priestley, and Hat-Club’s biggest party monster by far, Vince Frimpong.

Digital – formerly known as The Zap, underwent a multi-million pound refurb last year so as you can imagine Brighton’s clubbers are all eager and keen to grab a peep at its stunning new interior. With Hat-Club being the glamorous affair that it is, the venue and the night are a match made in heaven. Come down and see for yourself. Just remember – don’t talk about Hat-Club! Ssshhh…
