Haunted Police Cells at Brighton Town Hall

The newly opened victorian police cells museum in the bowels of Brighton town hall offer visitors a unique insight into the history of Sussex Police.  These 170 year old cells have been closed for 40 years and full of junk, but now Pat Drake Ex Brighton Mayoress has made it her project to clear it all out and open it to the public. Admission is free.  This Museum is also the crime scene of the only police chief constable in the UK to be murdered on duty.  See some of the old cells with
