Brighton is perhaps one of the few places around where we CAN be our true self . . . but sometimes we need some help. Pintados Healing Arts offers a range of workshops, art work and therapy to assist those seeking inspiration, tools to feel connected . . . and triggers to finding their whole, true, self.

Now relocated to Saltdean (just 5 miles along the coast to the East from Brighton) Pintados Healing Arts runs Angel workshops, a full range of training in Reiki Healing (including introductory 'tasters' where you can 'have a go' yourself) and workshops in simple, creative and expressive art techniques such as monoprinting and collage.
Pintados Healing Arts is a partnership between artist Liz Allen, already well known in the area as an active member of Kemptown Artists and Reiki Master Keith Beasley who has moved from Northamptonshire where he helped set up their holistic and spiritual network ('Sailing with Spirit').

In their workshop and therapy work the couple bring together these healing & artistic abilities and experiences to offer joy and insight in and through their teaching. For those wanting 1-to-1 therapeutic sessions, 'Where Next' consultations are available to help you find a way through or above apparent blocks or confusions in your life.
