Hellion: Glam Punk Retro

Brightons newest club night for has-beens, wannabes, inbetweeners and the
just plain uncool.


Starting 16th June, Wednesdays are glam punk night at the Enigma (above
smugglers, ship st).

Having spoken to hundreds of Brightonians at clubs and gigs over the past
few months, we have discovered that many people, like us, love punk and glam
music, but do not belong to a specific sub-culture and dislike the
cliquey-ness of many smaller ?niche? nights.

So we have come up with a night where the music is the best of each genre
but the atmosphere is less hardcore. We want to play some lesser heard
tracks, as well as the favourites; all your favourite bands will be there,
but you will often find the song played is another one off the album, rather
than the obvious choice.


The Enigma club is a fantastic venue, which includes loads of dancing space,
but also a quiet area out the back for sitting and chatting, plus some great
drinks offers, including many bottled drinks at ?1.50 all night.


To help you out next morning, we are giving away hangover kits to the first
