Live@lunch Returns To Brighton Live

The hugely popular free lunchtime concert series Brighton Live@Lunch returns to this year’s festival, showcasing sets by some of the city’s finest jazz, roots and acoustic based artists.

Presented in partnership with South:Live on BBC Sussex and BBC Surrey, this concert series take place in the spectacular setting of The Unitarian Church (New Rd) from 1pm- 2pm which provides a wonderful opportunity for people working in the centre of the city to enjoy the festival over their lunch-break (and yes you can bring your sandwiches).

Friday Oct 2nd Saidi Kanda. Genre: (World / Roots)
World class Tanzanian percussionist Saidi Kanda has played with a host of famous African musicians including Papa Wemba, Sam Mangwana, Remmy Ongala, Kofi Olomide and Mose Fan Fan amongst many others.
