Loop Festival Returns For 2009

After a second successful year in 2008, Loop returns to Victoria Gardens, central Brighton, bigger, better and bolder than ever. The seaside city will this year host an extended 2 day festival showcasing a wealth of specially selected top bands and stellar DJs, alongside an abundance of cutting edge digital art and culture.

Last year’s line-up was stacked with big-name live acts including New Young Pony Club, Four Tet, Caribou and Cut Copy and gave a first look at major new talent like Micachu, Errors and Filthy Dukes. Thanks to a sell-out crowd, this year’s Loop will again showcase the most exciting new acts for 2009, complemented by innovative art with VJs, films and animation.

Following on from Last years sell out programme, which featured Andrew Weatherall, Nathan Fake, Daedelus and Sway, Loop Late will again take over the city until the early hours, with further live performances and Djs at various venues across Brighton.
