New Play Reading Group Launching In 2 Weeks - Brighton Play Readers!
Published 5th Mar 2009 by Sascha Cooper

Starting on Tuesday 24th March at 8pm - The Brighton Play Readers! A friendly, light-hearted informal group for anyone who loves theatre, whether performing or watching it.

Ever wanted to take on your favourite role of a lifetime, but never had the opportunity or the courage to do so? Maybe you're shy and want to improve your confidence in a different, yet creative way?

Whether you're a seasoned performer, drama student, a newcomer to acting, want to improve your confidence for public speaking, life in general or to improve your english, the Brighton Play Readers are here to make your experience enjoyable, fun and above all, interesting!

Meeting once every 2 weeks at The Seven Stars, 27 Ship Street, Brighton BN1 1AD, a different play is read each time with people taking the roles of their choice. Ranging from the classics such as Shakespeare to modern works including Steven Berkoff, variety is the spice of life! If you don't want to read, you are more than welcome to sit back and listen and read at a later date.
