Omid Djalili At The Brighton Dome

The star of his own BBC1 series 'The Omid Djalili Show' is on tour with his new and exciting live stand-up show. Omid Djalili is an award-winning British-Iranian comedian and star of the stage, television and films. He presently holds the box office record at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival from his show 'No Agenda' with ticket sales above the 16,500 mark; this then transferred to a total sell-out nationwide tour, including two shows at the London Palladium.

His film credits include, 'The Mummy', 'Gladiator', 'Spy Game', 'Anita and me', 'Casanova', 'Over The Hedge', 'Grow Your Own' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean III".

Television credits are numerous, and includes being only the second British comedian to have recorded his own HBO "Special" in the States. Omid also co-starred with Whoopi Goldberg in NBC's sitcom 'Whoopi' and on Jack Dee's "Live at the Apollo" on BBC1.
