Online Personal Training with Ibodz.com

Online Personal Training with Ibodz.com
Published 19th Feb 2007 by Oliver West

Recently launched ibodz.com is an online personal training and nutritional guidance site that provides a monthly personalised fitness programme tailored to each individual, together with the one-on-one services, guidance and ongoing support of an experienced and certified personal trainer for as little as £11.25 a month. Meaning you never have to step foot in that gym again or pay those costly fees for the membership you don’t use.

Oliver West, the creator of Ibodz states, “To get the most from personal training, a fitness program needs to be compiled very specifically for the individual and it needs to be regularly evaluated”. Studies conducted by the American Medical Association have actually shown that ‘a structured program with continued personal contact works better than just giving people access to information online’. Ibodz provides that personal contact by monthly reviews and having its experts available through live webchat or support on a regular basis.

Of course it would be easier and quicker to use computer programs to do this but it takes away the fundamental feature of personal training – the human or personal element. Computer generated fitness programs will only ever take into account a few of the major variables like gender, age and weight and ignore the more important points; injuries, individual needs and personal targets such as ‘I want to be able to jog round my park once without stopping’.

Appealing to those who can’t afford expensive membership fees or don’t have time to go the gym every day, or simply those who are uncomfortable in the gym environment, ibodz brings online personal training and dietary analysis in to the home, or workplace, without losing the support and personal contact required for such a service to be truly effective. They’ll even design a programme for those without any fitness equipment.

Stop wasting your time and money, get fit or lose weight with ibodz in the comfort of your own home then use the hundreds of pounds you’ve saved to go on holiday with the new you!
