It’s cold, wet, and your still coming down from new year…It’s time for another MASSIVE INDOOR FESTIVAL!

PLAYGROUP PRESENTS - DEAD FAMOUS

After our storming SOLD OUT Halloween show, Playgroup is back on ALL FLOORS of KOMEDIA! It’s our BIGGEST SHOW EVER, and your invited!

The ‘Festival-in-club' returns with a very special line up celebrating the ‘dead that made a difference’! Experience the Brighton sensation that is, Playgroup! Expect amazing live bands, DJs, stilt walkers, live walkabout performers interacting with the crowds, dry ice machines, confetti cannons, an indoor market, live fire show, face painting and bespoke décor!

Line-up includes the masters of ‘swing-hop', THE CORRESPONDENTS, the UK's best MICHAEL JACKSON tribute act, UK Beatbox Champion 2009 REEPS ONE, Afro-Latino Funk Orchestra KALAKUTA MILLIONAIRES, festival legends LOS ALBERTOS, 6 piece rockabilly and R'n'B from DERRIERE, folk and ska from SAMSARA, and THE BLIND TIGER CLUB - Brighton's swinging occasional speakeasy takes residence in the studio bar!

Fancy dress is optional, but valued: Think 1950s Hollywood glamour and tragedy, super-ageing rockers, forever-silent movie stars and great figures from the history books that would be kicking ass in the present day!
