Rehearsing and Recording in Brighton?

Ground Zero Studios is a studio complex in the heart of Brighton (in the big Brighton & Hove Bus Company building on the Lewes Road).

We have 3 rehearsal rooms with full backline, 8 resident rooms and 2 recording studios. We also have 4 in-house producers and 2 in-house record labels.

We?re currently called home by some of the most exciting musical talent in Brighton including: The Mutts, Kubrik, The Lovegods, Death to DJs, Coin-op, Lamb Bikini, Planquez, Ian Dell, Good Morning Captain, Mosquito, Last Crash and Fans of Indecision...

If you need rehearsal space give us a ring on the above number, we offer good rates, with cheap slots available on daytime weekdays and discounts on block bookings.

If you need recording we?ve just had our studio refitted and we are now providing the best recording facilities in Brighton. We?ve recently plumbed in a 2? 24 track Otari tape machine, acquired a number of vintage valve mics and pre amps making us fully analogue and capable of achieving excellent release quality mixes. Prices start from ?200 per nine hour day, including engineer.

Artists that have recently recorded with us include: Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, Fuck U Planet Earth, Becomes the Water of Death, Kubrik and many more are lined up for the coming months.

If you want a residency please get in touch, we have a couple of vacancies coming up. Rent starts at 100pcm.

If that?s not enough, we?ve also got an espresso machine, tuck shop and lovely studio kitten called Pinky Paws.
