Since opening their doors in July 2002 Santa fe has brought the heart of American Southwest cuisine to Brighton by fusing American, Spanish and Mexican influences. As satisfied regular diners will testify, ?New Mexican? cooking is not Mexican, and not all of it is spicy. Mid November saw the first quarterly Business Network at the venue. Dozens of organisations attended for chat-fuelled after work drinks, canap?s and the ritual swapping of business cards. This lively evening resulted in such positive feedback that the Managers have decided to cement the fixture on a quarterly basis. Executive Chef and star of ?Good Food Live? Rocky Durham creates dishes that cater for everyone. Lunchtime 3-Course Christmas Menus are ?19.95, or ?22.95 in the evening. The extensive Santa fe bar has premium spirits including over 40 cocktails (margaritas are the house special) plus fine wines and soft drink selections. Festive promos for diners include Cocktail Pitchers, and Cases or Buckets of cold bottled beer.

Brighton?s hottest cocktail bar also promises a night to savour on New Years Eve.
