July 2006

Stanmer House is a magnificent country house set in the midst of Brighton?s premier parkland. Built in 1727, Stanmer was once the ancestral home of the Pelham family, and this historic venue offers many of its original period features, creating a unique backdrop for your event. A tranquil countryside setting, yet with all the style and glamour of the City Of Brighton in which Stanmer is located.

Stanmer is being gently and sensitively restored as we speak so it when it opens it will become one of the finest venues Brighton has ever seen. Weddings, conference rooms, live events, team building (aswell as a spectacular opening night) will be the orders of the day -these will quickly escalate the venue as a beacon for Brighton and be another reason why Brighton will be firmly on the UK map.
