Sussex Cancer Fund Benefit Concert

Sussex Cancer Fund Benefit Concert
Published 14th Mar 2005 by Laura Creasey

The Sussex Cancer Fund benefit concert will be an evening of live music attracting up to 330 people. All profits raised will go to the Sussex Cancer Fund, a local, independent charity that works to improve cancer treatment for thousands of Sussex people each year.

The concert will also provide a platform for local bands to showcase their talent to a large audience.

As well as six of the best local, up and coming bands performing over the evening we also hope to hold a raffle to help increase the amount of money we are able to raise for the charity. All of this will be presented by an experienced compere.

The evening itself will be run by an experienced team including the staff provided by the venue whom have a track record of providing successful, large scale events of all natures. Other than the venue staff, Black Rock Productions, who have experience holding and promoting band nights in the Brighton area, will run the event. Also managing the event will be More Fire Productions, an experienced production company who played a major part in running Brightons biggest music competition, Raw Music.
