Dedicated to providing the very best in short film entertainment, FUTURE SHORTS, Europe?s largest platform for short films is screening at the Duke of York playhouse, Brighton. With films that vary from the dramatic to the traumatic, comedy, animation and documentaries, FUTURE SHORTS believes in finding the films that are original, inventive and above all entertaining.

Starting just under two years ago to an audience of 50 people, Future Shorts now screens to over 2,000 people a month and is a regular feature at festivals such as Glastonbury and Bestival, FUTURE SHORTS acts as a filter finding shorts that represent the very best of the medium.

This months highlights include the BAFTA award winning ?Antonio?s Breakfast? that also enjoyed great success at this years Sundance festival. Also ?Ah Pook Is Here?, a twisted animation with the voice of William Burroughs. If that?s not enough FUTURE SHORTS is also showing the music video for Four Tet?s legendary ?Smile Around your Face.?
