The Cosmopolitan Bar Relaunches Under New Management

There?s something new brewing in Kemptown?there?s whispers of a late night speakeasy?quirky entertainment?new music?old friends?cocktails?a secret garden?
The rumours are all in fact true. The Cosmopolitan bar underneath the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the New Steine is opening under new management on December 7th.

The bar will be run by Jam Events who have built up an enviable reputation in event bar management and have a very Brighton background (think the original Full Moon meets the Big Chill and you?re somewhere close). The people behind Jam Events have a combined experience of throwing great parties that bodes very well for this new venture.

Cosmopolitan will have a great drinks menu including a wide range of organic wines and spirits, a bespoke cocktail menu made by expert bartenders and a diary of events that makes the Winter months a lot more appealing than they were before!

Jam Events believe in quality service and produce in everything they do ? and the Cosmopolitan bar will reflect this ethos. The basement bar is a pleasant, open space with cosy corners and plenty of bar. This will be a proper bar which guarantees excellent and professional service at all times, a friendly attitude and great drinks and entertainment ? exactly what a proper bar should be!

Entertainment includes parlour games, live music, DJS and a new home for Brighton Friday night favourites ?All Time Top 100?.
