Three Force Technique
Published 23rd Feb 2005 by Cheli M?la

Breath is Life ...... Life is a chain of breaths. We can live a long time without food, some days without water, but life without breath is measured in minutes. Something so essential deserves our attention. Breath is the most important of all the bodily functions.

Proper breathing is one of the most important things which we can do for maintaining our health. There is a right and natural way to breathe. Children breathe deeply, from their diaphragm. As we age, however, our breathing shifts to the chest and becomes more shallow and more rapid.

The practice of breathing yoga helps anyone to gain good health, mental peace, emotional equanimity and intellectual clarity. With a healthy body, clear mind and pure emotions, the practitioner will be able to excel in his chosen career.

Three Force Technique is a special breathing process to make life more beautiful and healthy. This special breathing technique and meditation helps to detoxify and gives you a wonderful deep relaxation to body and mind immediately. This is a very easy breathing technique by which the mental body, physical body and the spiritual body will benefit.
