I've got to let all the other mums out there know about this one. I've just started to regain my fitness and needed somewhere that can accomodate my kids (1yr old and a 4 year old). I found this gym online and it seems to be the only one with a creche in town (I don't drive). The gym staff are brilliant and very patient, and are always on hand if I need advice. When I signed up I felt like they genuinley wanted my business, and several weeks in I'm still greeted by name, which is the world away from the gym I used to be a member at. Thanks guys from Roxy, Ben and Luke.

Beverly Jones Beverly Jones gave Alive a rating of 5/5
Alive is a great place to work out, its small and friendly. Clean facilities, great range of machines and gym staff really know their stuff. Not pushy re membership, happy yo talk through options that were best for me, didnt feel pressured or pushed into more money than i need to pay. Membership the cheapest in brighton, no contract and great range of classes if you'r more into that side of things.
