To Management, I was shocked when i saw this bar on google. The most disgusting, shocking bar i ever saw in my entire life. U guys dont have respect for Supreme Power. How can u drink in front of GOD? Can't believe those nude pics of adam & eve accompanying GOD. U dont even know what u r doing. U can't even imagine what the worst can happen to your bar. I dont have problem with your bar, i even dont care for your bar, but i'm very spiritual person & can't see GOD pictures in a BAR.You are just making fun of GOD. Exactly u guys are right, i'm INDIAN, very spiritual by heart. It's very humble request please remove GOD pictures.(ORIGINAL SIN) and Dont play with ALMIGHTY GOD. |

| I have visited this bar last weekend and I was hugely disappointed. Your website is promoting a place with lovely deco but unfortunately it does not match the real place. This bar is looking very tired and is in a poor state. It was not busy at all (yes I know many places are struggling to attract people in current economic times), it is in such a great location and should be striving for success. The bar staff wasn't very up for it either, communication skills zero, making a drink seemed to be very inconvenient for them. Last observation of this place is the toilets. I am sorry but if an aim of this bar is to attract some people with a bit of money to spend on "cocktails" they seriously need to fix those toilets. Not only they are unisex ( my friends found it difficult to queue with some drunk man), they are broken, no soap, no toilet roll, and to sum this place up Does it ever get cleaned? Very sad to see a place that could do so much better. Has the management of this venue given up? | |

Friday Night (12th March)This place is a real gem: tucked away on its own down a quiet backstreet, which fortunately seems to have saved it from a lot of the undesirable 'passing trade' that has blighted so many other great bars in Brighton. The Indian/Ibiza decor is great, staff are friendly and cocktails really tasty (seriously - much better than My Hotel though obviously not as good as Kobar). No door charge on the Fri night we went and also a free party going on in the upstairs club room later. The Sh*t House DJ, Dez, is fab - and his position in the communal loos caused my husband to rate them the best loos he had ever been in! I'd rate this place as a real 'find' - perfect if you're looking for somewhere a bit different to go with a bunch of mates where you can actually find a comfy seat (if you go a bit early) and a good bunch of people, far from the madding crowd... It wasn't shoulder-to-shoulder when we were there but if you're the kind of people who are happy with your own compaany and the company of the mates you are with, this is a bonus rather than an issue. Apparently it can get very busy later on at the weekends, depending on what's on. Will def be going back. Tip: take a group of friends on a 'quieter' week night and the place would probably feel like your own private club... Recommended - and have a strawberry daquiri :o) |

| I've been a couple of times and it's always been empty and the doormen have always been very rude, highly defensive of the road outside because it's "residential" and they don't want noise complaints - despite the fact that it is nestled next a dozen other clubs who don't do this. | |

| Just went once and I will not be returning! Rude door men ?5 entry charge, grumpy, rude/stroppy bar staff, too hot and stuffy inside, Incense was far too strong. Seats all reserved. No atmosphere, which is a shame as the decor is nice!!! | |

| I vistited Om on Friday night for the first time with a big group of mates. I was pretty impressed. We had come from Audio around the corner which was empty and i was expecting the same but the main bar on the ground floor had a fair few people in it which was nice. Great decoration, the prices were on a par with other bars in Brighton. The DJ in the toilet was a bit of a shock when i first went in, i've never been anywhere where people have stayed dancing in the toilet! Towards the end of the night we moved upstairs to the club and had a great night. I would recommend this place, in fact i think i will be going again at the weekend. | |

I won't rate this a 5 beause nowhere is perfect, but I hae to say I was VERY impressed. Relaxed, well decoreated, and quality drinks. Door staff were not a problem - once we told them we had simply come from a few drinks at home they let me and my friend in with no problems. Those big doors make you feel like you are going somewhere special. I would echo the sentiments that I felt like I was abroad. I've been in Brighton four years now and I have to say this may become my fave bar. |

Visited on Saturday, wasn't impressed. It was completely empty,.. we pulled up a table only to be asked to move 5 minutes later because it was reserved. Ok, we found anther spot...only again to be asked to move 10 minutes later! There was no-one in there FFS!! The music was a the awful cheezy house stuff found on countless compilations in the woolies bargain buckets. Where was the chilled out ambience to fit the decor?. So, decided to "move on" permanantly to the Globe in middle street which was welcoming with a lovely little laid back atmosphere. |

Om BarWe totally stumbled upon this fab bar by accident last Saturday night... WOW! I love it...so nice to go somewhere with a bit of class/style with a really cool ambience. Loved the decor and had a real feel of being in a bar/club in Ibiza...i felt like being on holiday in there! In fact, I love it so much I am going back tonight with some other friends! Bring it on! |

Great bar. It has none of the seaside trashiness associated with so many of Brighton's bars and manages to get the feel of a trendy London bar without the being pretentious. My only worry is it's back street location will mean it gets overlooked. If you live in Brighton or Hove make a point to visit this little gem. Whether it's quiet midweek drink or a pre-club bar on the weekend you'll want to return. |
