We Change The FrequencyWe change the Frequency is probably the best thing to do with your sunday nights. It will be missed sorely when I leave Brighton. |

| Great bar and outside smoking area, but let down by the up there own backsides bar staff. Don't let the staff put you off though, as they can always be replaced! i hope. | |

| The food at The Open house is out of this world!! The head chef, Toby, is the best chef in the world. The roasts are heavenly, the burgers are mega and there is a wide range of food for everybody. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone, even for just a drink in the lovely beer garden. | |

Upstairs Function Room For PartyWe hired this room for a 40th birthday party for family & friends. The room was perfect, and the staff extremely helpful when setting up, aswell as puring out bubbly for all the guests as they arrived. We made our own buffet arrangements, but the Open House were just as happy to provide. Drinks were good value, staff were lovely, and helped clear up all the mess with a smile. Thanks alot - we would recommend this as a great venue for a birthday party. |

We Change The Frequency; SundaysA great night with a chilled-out atmosphere and original music. Loads of sofas to relax on makes this a brilliant wind-down on a Sunday evening. Drinks are standard Brighton price, although there are some student deals on if you bring your NUS. Recommended. |

Sunday LunchJust to say I have been here several times and the food is always excellent. I live locally and this time I went for Sunday lunch and my son-in-law and his wife both had the veggie option and I had roast beef and yorkshire pudding. It was around £8.95 and beautifully cooked and presented with really interesting vegetables. I definitely plan to go again next time they are visiting. |

| This is a great pub. The food is great, not like stodgy pub food, but nice. Atmosphere is great and friendly. We've made it our local | |

| I was in The Open House over the weekend for the first time in a while and I noticed how dirty the place is. The toilets stink, the bar hasn't seen a cloth in the months and everywhere looks really jaded. | |

Visiting BrightonI was recently in Brighton for Christmas vistiting my brother and have decided to research some of the places we visited. I had lunch at this pub and very much enjoyed it, especially as I thought that English pubs do not have this kind of quality food. I thought the bar's staff was quite good too, not rude or too slow. I would recommend this place. |

| Great looking pub and comfy seating - but what is wrong with the staff at Open House? The service at the bar is slow and moody. I noticed the chavvy manager spends all his time chatting to his friends while crowds queue up. If I didn't live so close, I'd look elsewhere for my local. Love the food though - Sunday roast is amazing. | |
