Zt Fitness Budget GymI have been training at ZT Fitness ( Right Behind Hove Train Station) for about 6 months now, when i started I was quite over weight about 2 stone, I had a couple of Chins which made me feel a bit insecure about myself but at ZT Fitness there isn't any of the looking you up and down to check out what you are wearing, or a in-crowd, everyone there is very friendly and the staff are very helpful and highly trained. They have a Mixed 12 man sauna a seperate Free weights area, The latest Hydraulic Techno Gym equipment a great Studio Room with a soft floor so it's great for classes a Juice & Smoothie bar and access to the Fight Skool up stairs if you fancy punching some boxing bags or using the Boxing Gym or octagon cage for wrestling and the best thing is that as I go to work early I can use it all for £19.99 per month (Excluding Classes and between the hours of 6 am to 5 pm) and if I ever wish to cancel the Owner Sol Gilbert has confirmed that it is company policy to only give 1 months notice and the contract will be terminated but at 66 pence a day I think I will be a member for life...Nick ( One Chin ) Harvey |
